Mechanical axles connection
A mechanical axle connection (synchronisation of the speed of front and rear axles), developed by our R&D department, gives a possibility of measuring the most modern cars with 4x4 drive, equipped with active central differential.
It allows also for the correct measurement of one-axle driven cars, equipped with the newest traction control system, which requires that all wheels are in motion during the drive (during the measurement).
A centrally mounted clutch gives the dyno operator a opportunity of decide if the mechanical axle synchronisation should be used during the measurement.
This solution is offered as standard equipment in all our 4x4 dynos (VT-4; VT-4/B2; VT-4/B4).
